Bringing in a company of out-of- town artists engages Vermont audiences for a night,
but handing a theater over to Vermont artists and asking them to make something new is
an investment in our local artistic community.

Hello friends - Can you hear that? That is the sound of all of us at Off Center for the Dramatic Arts standing, clapping, whistling and cheering bravo to all of you! BRAVO! THANK YOU! You did it! You got us to over our spring fundraising goal to a total of $5032.68! Because of generous people like you, we can continue to offer our space at the lowest possible rate and encourage theater artists to create, to experiment, to collaborate, to try new things. Our Spring Open Artist Showcase alone saw new work from eight Vermont playwrights, with four live musicians, over twenty actors, and many others employed behind the scenes. And that was just two weeks at Off Center! We are proud to be the place where theater begins, and we promise to continue to work hard to bring new theater to you year-round! Of course, as a 100% volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) non-profit, we accept donations year-round. You can click on the DONATE button on our home page at or mail your check any time to: Off Center for the Dramatic Arts 294 N. Winooski Ave, Suite 116C Burlington, VT 05401 Have a wonderful summer! Overwhelmed and gratefully yours, Paul Schnabel, President Off Center for the Dramatic Arts |
